Delicious, healthy on the go snack for kids and adults! – I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t get this for a baby or a toddler, I got this for my 40 year old self. Why? Well because these taste so darned good and they’re good for you! To me these are just like apple sauce but in a convenient on the go pouch and of course made from strawberries, pears, and bananas and let’s face it, sometimes we want other flavors than apple and other flavors send to be pricey and they come in those little cups. Which just are not as convenient when eating on the go. These are made from nothing but natural frost, no preservatives and additives, which is awesome in a snack that tastes this good. Regardless of if you get these for a child or you want them for your adult self, I highly recommend them!

His favorite. – Ok that’s an empty pouch. My toddler ate this one so fast I only have an empty pouch left. So flavor is a pass. But it’s the fruity one, most babies are expected to like anyways so not surprised. Mama is having a bit of love and hate relationship with this pouch design. The cap is hard for me to open, but it’s flat on top so I can use it push the food up sometimes. I like the clear package, so whenever my baby isn’t getting the food because he ate the top part and doesn’t know to push the bottom yet, I can help him. Plenty of time left to expiration date.

Great 2nd foods up through toddlerhood – Kids seem to love Sprout Organic baby food pouches (not just babies) and like other food pouches – they’re super convenient. The puree is little thinner than other fruit pouches, closer to the consistency of baby food out of a jar. The taste is great and the ingredients are exactly what you see on the front of the pouch (plus lemon juice as a preservative) Little ones are not able to uncap themselves (at least our almost 3 year old cannot) which is currently a good thing, particularly as the cap is a choking hazard (just like all pouch caps). We usually buy these in the regular grocery only when it is on sale, and I wish that amazon had a little bit of a price edge. This price is approximately the same as the NOT-on-sale price at our local grocery. and perhaps the free delivery might make the price worth while in a pinch. We highly recommend this high-quality food, but just wish it wasn’t quite so expensive.
