It’s okay – With this being Serta brand, I guess I expected more/better. It comes rolled and vacuum sealed and I just feel like it never really gets as full as I’d expect. I have had others that I would definitely prefer over this one. Not terrible, but not my favorite.

comfy and soft – This is a great product – perfect for our newborn grandson! It’s plenty big, and will surely last him until he’s out of diapers. The washable cover is great, if there are any accidents.

Let down – The waterproof cover and the pilot cover are nice. The pad itself is decent except for the fact that it did not inflate all the way on one side. You can tell where it’s pretty cheaply made. Not the quality I’d expect from Delta or serta. This seems more a toned to just some random Chinese company that you can’t pronounce products. We’re having a baby in 2 weeks and I cannot even return this to get another one because they are currently a month out. Real shame.
