Works, but it’s a bit of a pain to get open – Works fine for the most part. The hole isn’t at the very bottom of the reservoir area so unless baby is flat on their back they won’t get all of the medicine out.

For newborns – This medi paci is very convenient with a newborn on medication who is familiar with a pacifier. Or has a good latch. It’s more difficult using it with an older toddler who does not utilize a pacifier. Good for newborns but I prefer a traditional medicine for older babies

Depends on the amount of usage – I had to use this multiple times a day. It held up for a couple of months until the plastic started getting laxed to where it would leak. Understandably so, given the amount of usage. Since they are so cheap, it wasn’t a big deal to replace it.
