    Careless Order Fulfillment – My toddler daughter loves these pouches, but this is twice in a row that we tried to order three boxes of a different flavor each, only to have duplicates shipped, not matching my order request. Great product, horrible fulfillment.

    Always Check Expiration Dates – Typically my kiddo loves this stuff but lately we found more and more frequently that one or more boxes of our baby food orders EXPIRED before getting to us, sometimes by multiple months. At least twice now it has been this specific flavor and this time it’s not allowing me to get a refund.

Typically they are like a smoothie…our last few boxes have been thick and chunky (despite being months away from expiration) and she refuses to eat them. Can’t even return the unopened ones, so there goes money in the trash.
