My favorite Plant Therapy synergy blend – I use this with my son who has sensory issues but fortunately loves scents. When I started including Nighty Night as part of his bedtime routine, both my husband and I noticed a difference in how much calmer he seems and how easily he falls asleep. I’d recommend applying it with a carrier oil in long firm downward strokes along the arms, legs, chest, and back. The pressure is calming also, and the carrier oils are often so good for the skin. The scent stays with him through the night and he can also smell it faintly the next morning and day until he showers again.

Will definitely buy again – This is my second bottle. The 10 ml lasted about a month but I was very liberal with my usage. I bought the 30 ml this time and have cut back on use. I absolutely love the scent of what I can only imagine is the blue tansy in this. I’ve never smelled blue tansy nor do I have another blend with it in it to compare so I am not entirely sure. I diffuse this nightly and it offers such a relaxing scent that I am able to fall sleep more easily when I use it. The scent is lasting as well. I typically find I have to add more oils when I have to add more water to my diffuser but this one is so potent that I can usually get 2 nights out of it. It’s a little pricey up front but definitely worth it to me as it helps me sleep and lasts quite a while.
