Great for Preemie Baby – I’m a foster Parent and picked up my foster baby(preemie) from the hospital few days ago. The Baby butt was extremely red. I used cloth wipes and applied Mustela rash cream with every diaper change for 3 days. Finally Baby butt is healed and looks so much better. This product works wonders. I recommend 10/10.

Best diaper cream – This is great, stays on well enough but it also comes off on its own, we just use it at night. It’s cloth diaper safe, can double as sun screen in a pinch, and works great! Some diaper creams are so hard to get off. This is nice and safe and pretty easy to wash off, but will stay on the diaper area all night. I’ve definitely been so tired I let my toddler just paint themselves in this and they where able to wash themselves off with a bar of soap and a shower hand attachment. It’s the only kind we get now.
