Big enough to grab and hold – My son loves this chew toy, the size is bigger than most of other chew toys which makes it easier for babies and toddlers to grab and chew. It took my son a while to figure out how to grab it, but once he figured out, it’s pretty easy for him to grab it.

Great for Teething! – The overall build of the item and quality seems very good. Silicone stays clean and looks great and really allows the green color to look aesthetically pleasing. The bar through the middle is perfectly sized and placed for teething and my little one likes to chomp down on the “arms” sticking our either side. He also finds the ears as well, but has a harder time getting those in his mouth.

One of the better versions of this product type – I have one other no-drop teether sold on Amazon, a grey panda. Compared to that one this is slightly larger, the ears are quite big and *firm*, so a lot more chew for the baby than the small ears on the panda teether. The first one I had was hollow in the arms so they gave way a little too easily, but the arms on this one are solid and give good resistance which is perfect for my current bulldog baby. The stick and arms -do not feel like wood- and the arm in the center can flex, I think by ‘wood textured’ they just mean the patterning present on the internal stick. The stick and arms can rotate inside koala.

The whole thing is silicone and fits over baby’s hand really easily. It is great to use when no other toys are being accepted or all they want to do is chew on their hand. Easy to clean – These little grippy teethers are popular right now, but I chose this style primarily because the holding piece (the “stick” inside the koala) is one solid piece so I don’t have to worry about it small nubs breaking off and it is easy to clean. There aren’t little hidden pockets for grime and germs to get stuck, which is very import with toys going in baby’s mouth!
