      The new pump-style container is crap! – I recently bought two different Johnson products – both with the new ‘pump’ action. First of all, the pump is hard to activate, compared to other pump products. Secondly, after just two uses, the top of the pump broke and I had to dismantle the whole top part of the bottle. It is now ‘open to the elements’, but that is the only way to get the content out. Two stars as the product itself is good. I might need to find an alternative container to keep it in.

      pump stinks – The pumps on these are horrible, very short pump = very little shampoo coming out. If this is for a newborn, it would be enough, but for toddlers, it would take you too long to get enough out. If this is as a refill, you might get better value elsewhere.
