This is real J&J talc. But VERY small bottles. – Outrageous amount of money for container size. What a rip off J&J. I got three times the amount of talc all the way from the UK for less than YOU ar charging.

Just like the old stuff before they switced to Cornstarch in the US version – If you liked Baby Powder before they changed it to cornstarch in the USA, then you’ll want this

Hard to find powder w/Talc in any retail store these days – I need talcum powder for using on my hands and guitar necks, it’s the only thing that really works at keeping your sweaty hands from sticking to the back of a guitar neck when it’s hot & humid at your gig or rehearsal space. The talc free powders may be healthier for use in certain areas but talc is the best cuz it doesn’t get balled up and granular and it keeps it’s friction-free nature when needed most.

The Real Deal – 99.9% talcum powder with a little scent added, fresh as a baby’s bottom. No cornstarch, baking soda or anything else. I will sometimes add an anti-fungal powder (Zeasorb purchased from Amazon) but certainly works well on its own.

Here’s the straight scoop – Wanted real talc powder. This is indeed talc. Ingredients: Talc, Parfum. Made in Thailand. Johnson & Johnson GmbH, Neuss, DE (which is a city in Germany). The Johnson and Johnson company shown is in Madrid, and the text on the container is in Spanish. Compared to the remaining original Johnson Baby Powder I have left (made in USA, ingredients: Talc, Fragrance): The scent is different, so does not give that J&J Baby Powder scent memory. Not objectionable, but a bit of a disappointment when I use it. The feel is the same. The texture the same. The effectiveness the same. The can is similar plastic, but perhaps a little thinner plastic. Each can is about 6″ tall and under 2.5″ wide. (This is the six-can, 200 gram each offer on Amazon). Overall, I’m glad to be able to get Talc, and that it is not made in China, as I noticed some offers are.
