Ergonicmicly / look / quality are all positive – The thermometer fits well in your had, it is not cumbersome. It does not have that sterile hard look to it. As well, most importantly it is easy to use and accurate.

Sleek and easy to use!!!! – I have been using the braun thermoscan in ear thermometer for my child, it has served me well but it is little cumbersome since i need to replace its tips and this has to go in ear. With the covid situation i invested in a infrared thermometer which has a touchless scan. I have found it similar in accuracy with my Braun. The build quality seems to be holding good, the white front can be easily scratched. It did not come with 2 aaa batteries which are required. Usability was easy, you point this on the forehead, press the button and it reads the temperature. I wish this came with a case or a stand or maybe a pouch to store it.

Can’t go wrong with this one. – Great little thermometer! It is sleek and light weight, yet sturdy; inexpensive, yet good quality. I’m a teacher and need to take my temperature each day. I have also used this on my students to cut down on the visits to the nurse. It’s accurate and fast. Basically no waiting. The normal beep, signaling that the temp was taken and is in range, is not too loud at all. I think a child could easily sleep through that beep. It does beeps louder if the temp is over 100. That could maybe wake a person up I think. It does not come with a case, so I use a little drawstring sunglass case or a hard sunglass case. Very happy with purchase.

No batteries – I love how slim this thermometer is so I can keep it in my scrub pocket. But like other reviews, it did not have batteries in the package. The spot for the batteries was empty. That was disappointing because I wanted to use it right away. They need to be checking their products before they are being shipped. Accuracy seems to be good so far, we will see once I can start using it on patients.

Easy to use, if you don’t read the directions – Forget the instructions. Tap the on button once and this turns the unit on, maybe it calibrates itself too (regardless, it takes several seconds). Point it at your forehead (about an inch away) and tap the on button again. When it beeps (about three seconds later), your temperature will be displayed on the screen. It turns off automatically. Been using it two years now, with no issues.

Inaccurate – Serves it’s purpose I guess but when I’m sick I want an accurate temp. Not one that will vary up and down if taken several times. I’d use this quickly but if it were important I wouldn’t rely on it

I bought this thermometer after purchasing two other different brands with the same design. The others had suspect readings.

Default is Celsius – This is very clean and a nice simple design. If I had grown up anywhere other than the United States I’d love this thing. Unfortunately, I’m a Fahrenheit kinda guy and don’t like having to do extra math every time I want to use this. They really should have an easy switch or button or (heaven forbid) an instructional link on this page to change formats.
