It works fine but the 2 hour timer only keeps it on for one hour – It’s a decent heating pad, it gets hotter than my old expensive one, the only minor complaint I have is that it has a timer 30/60/90/120 minutes and when I put it on 120 it shuts off after an hour, but it was quite inexpensive and that’s my only gripe

The best heating pad yet, just bought another! – Love this heating pad! Using it about 2 months every day. The extra size allows it to be on the whole back. The default heat setting is just right for me and you don’t have to wrap in a towel like an old fashioned vinyl covered pad. Heats and cools fast (you know when it shuts off). It stays flat and retains its shape. There is more than enough cord between the control and the pad itself, however from the control to the plug end is a bit short. The detachable cord is another plus making it easier to stow or pack to travel. Hand washed and hung on the laundry rack to dry, came out beautiful. Bought a second one for my husband.
