For our newborn – It was recommended by our doctor since he was born. We will continue to use it till he is 1 years until advise from doctor changes.

1ml not 1 drop – This is my third baby, and we’ve always used vitamin D drops. Look closely at this packaging though. It might say vitamin D drops, but it’s not. Where a lot of others are a single drop, this is 1ml and requires a syringe. Not very breastfeeding friendly and it smells god awful.

I feel bad for my toddler I didn’t try it before – I feel so bad I didn’t try this before I gave it to my toddler. After a week of him making faces after i gave it to him, I I tried it myself. It was disgusting! please save your child the torture of trying this product

Damaged boxes – These are pretty large in comparison to the bottle we got from the doctor. Baby doesn’t mind the flavor at all. The only thing was that the boxes were pretty beat up.

Does he get it? – My baby boys seems to enjoy the flavor but he doesn’t take the 1 ml all that well. So now I worry that he’s not getting enough vitamin d. I think the one drop in the nipple would be easier. I may have to do a bottle just so I feel like he gets all of it down. I would not recommend if you breastfeed.

Easy to give Vitamin D drops for breastfed babies – These drops were easy to give by mouth or mix in a bottle. My babies didn’t really seem bothered by the taste and took it easily.
