The packaging was damaged.. – The product works however I sanitized it due to not knowing if the item was new. Most new items are sealed. This item wasn’t sealed, the box was open? Im a nurse and needed the item so I’ll take it as is

Good purchase. – This gun is great. Problem is that it measures about 1 degree lower than a mouth or anal thermometer would be. This is fine except if it is that consistently off by measuring the forehead, then why not have an adjustment that makes the read out relative to a normal reading on a forehead. So instead of 97.6, just allow an adjustment so it reads 98.6! Easy peasy. Still, it is consistently off and I’m really good at math so I can add 1 to any number. :-).
