Warranty Description
Coolshields guarantees to the owner of each product a 2-year warranty. In the event of any damage to the zipper, fabric during normal use, we will replace the bed pads with a new one as promised, please must retain and present the purchase order number to verify the warranty. Only those purchased from the official coolshields store will be covered by the warranty, any obtained from other sales channels will not be included. Exclusions – the warranty does not cover: (i) protectors that have been neglected, mishandled or abused; (ii) stains or other damage caused by nail polish, inks cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, chemicals, alcohol or dyes; (iii) stains or damage caused by, or the result of mold or mildew; (iv) damage caused by animal beaks, teeth or claws; (v) stains or other damage caused by or related to fire (including water damage), smoke, flood or other natural disaster, theft or vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy; or (vi) stains or other damage caused by structural problems or appliance malfunctions such as, but not limited to, leaks from the air conditioners, skylights, roofs water heaters or water pipes.

This WORKS! – I bought this because our very elderly dog occasionally has an overnight access dent ion our bed. This really keeps everything else dry. I bought another brand but it soaked through. The only negative is after washing on delicate cycle, it must be air dried. I have found the if I place it in the dryer with other white items on delicate for 10′, I can then lay it on top of the dryer while continuing to finish drying the rest of the load, it dries much faster. Buy this! It works.

Works – I have a cat in kidney failure and wanted the biggest washable pee pad I could find for my bed. I already have smaller ones but wanted extra protection. So.far, so food. I’ve had no problems and no leakage. Granted I have the paper pee pads under it but they haven’t gotten wet from pee. I am only speaking of my experience with a cat in kd.

Absorbent and soft – I’m in a hospital bed and was looking for a larger pad. The 34×36 allowed urine to seep off onto the sheets so I decided to try these larger pads hoping it would solve the issue. These pads are very soft and comfortable compared to the old ones I was using. The larger size is perfect for the bed and I no longer have to worry about seepage on my sheets at night. They are a bit expensive but so far, totally worth it.

The best I’ve found so far! – These bed pads have been a lifesaver for me. So much easier to wash a pad instead of the whole mess of tearing down a bed to wash the sheets! Some reviews show they leak… I haven’t had that problem. I wash them in cold water according to the instructions and air dry them… They’ve worked great for me!

May have saved my dog – – My dog sleeps on my king size bed had become ill – and had an accident in the bedding. EVERYTHING down to the mattress cover got soaked and had to be stripped and laundered, including plain “dog sheet” we keep for him over the electric blanket, and including the electric blanket. We were afraid he had kidney disease and with my husband and I being aged and disabled, dealing with that level of event was terribly difficult and we wondered if we would not be able to do it. Then I saw these pads on Amazon – i bought them immediately and put them on the bed, and the second night my baby had another event – OMG, that pad WORKED PERFECTLY!!!! It absorbed all his urine without leakage! I immediately bought more and we’ve used them ever since – if there’s an accident, all I have to do is shake it outside for dog debris removal then put it in the washer after a spot treatment, and put it in the dryer – and get a new one out for the next night. I LOVE THESE PADS! It’s been 4 months now and my baby has been afforded the time to become well and more stable, and he actually likes sleeping on the mat as he gets overheated because of the electric blanket and the mat protects him from the blanket heat a bit. I ended up buying even more because there are so many uses and I don’t want to be without them! You wint regret this purchase!

It works – I wouldn’t “go” directly on it, but used with a diaper or a bed pan there have been only a couple times where I’ve had to wash it. The first wash, the pad didn’t “spin the water out”, in the spin cycle, however it got better over time. It says air dry but 25 minutes on low heat is working for me. So far it has kept the sheets dry!

They absorb so well it is usually stays in on small spot instead of all over the bed. A little difficult to wrap around a toddler bed mattress but worth it since is even goes over the edges an I don’t have to worry about it not absorbing on the sides! And they are super soft and don’t slide everywhere when I double layer them under sheets.
